Wadley Farms III is located in unincorporated Adams County just west of Colorado Blvd. between 144th Avenue and 152nd Avenue. Our residents appreciate the spacious and casual environment, with the opportunity to enjoy horses and other unique hobbies within our rural yet convenient community. Wadley Farms III was established in 1979 and consists of 103 single family homes on 2.5+ acre lots. We have three beautiful lakes that offer wonderful mountain views in addition to water for outside irrigation.
